Senator Edward Kennedy has passed away at the age of 77. He died at his home in Cape Cod, on Tuesday evening, after his year long battle with brain cancer. He fought a courageous fight with cancer, and was admired by many for his bulldog tactics, as a go-getter! Ted was in the Senate for almost 50 YEARS! The Kennedy Icon will be missed by many.

yeah, another kennedy gone. love the keenedys. too doggone stubborn a breed, and all right, let me say it, john jr. was so very good-looking!
The Kennedy family has seen their share of unfortunate mishaps in their lives...but I believe they are a STRONG family. Ted was a pillar in their family, and will be sorely missed by them...they will survive, though. I remember one of the Kennedy family was accused of running around with their babysitter; Ted had the Chapaquaddick accident; John and Robert were both murdered, one of the Kennedys died in a freak skiing accident, I believe Ted Jr. lost one of his legs; etc...
