DEATH ROW INMATE KENNETH IRELAND...RELEASED AFTER 21 YEARS IN PRISON

Kenneth Ireland was released from prison, after being in prison for 21 YEARS for a crime of murder and rape he did not commit. DNA cleared him. He was just 16 years old when he was convicted of this crime. Just think of the years he lost. All of his youth.

Russellville Man Drowns While Fishing

There are so many misfortunate accidents on the water way..There were some Prattville residents that died awhile back, when a drunk boat driver hit them. Then there was the drowning of that Assistant District Attorney a few years back, who was boating with 19th Judicial Circuit District Attorney Randall Houston, and former Assistant D.A. Sam Partridge.

The man who drowned in this case was fishing with his nephew. when his 12 foot boat tipped over when he was reaching down to pull up his fishing line. The uncle was not wearing a life jacket, and could not swim. ALWAYS HAVE LIFE JACKETS ON YOUR BOAT...Prayers go out to this family in their time of grief.

MY FAMILY LOVES KILLER, OUR DOGGIE

I can't brag enough about how much we love our dog. He's a faithful dog, and very loyal to me and to my son, Brandon. My daughter Heather, son, Brandon, grandkids, and me all loving on our dog. Killer is very protective of me, and when I go outside at night, he runs around in front of me, all around me, barking ferociously, to make sure that the "big bad boys" are not around. It's really quite humorous to me, but I know he takes his job very seriously. When he was younger, he and my son would wrestle on the ground...and now he that he is older, he likes to go for walks with me, or find a shoe or football to fling around and play with.

Troy Davis' case has gathered NATIONAL ATTENTION..." 27 former prosecutors and judges had filed a brief supporting Mr. Davis. " That's amazing when you have former prosecutors supporting an inmate. SEVEN witnesses have recanted their testimony against Troy Davis. THAT'S a good sign, to me, that he is innocent.

I'm really excited for Celine...going to have another baby. Her life story is such a love story. Her husband survived cancer, and she had a hard time carrying her first baby....he's an amazing child. I know that to Celine, my favorite female singer (tied with Barbra Streisand)...her family is the most important thing in life to her...even over her music career.

Spanish Fort Woman Arrested for Alleged MySpace Harassing Communications & Terror Threats

I read about this and could not believe that the Attorney General's office was handling a case about harassing communications and terrorist threats about another case, and yet did not investigate what happened to my 15 year old son, who was 14 at the time the abuse started. The Attorney General DOES pick and choose which cases they want to handle. The U.S. Attorney's office told me that the A.G.'s office does handle these type cases.

Marty Roney Reports on Sex Crimes

A Deatsville man was given a 30 year sentence by Judge Ben Fuller for the following crimes, "rape in the second degree, sod­omy, enticing a child for immor­al purposes, production of ob­scene matter of a person under 17 and possession of obscene matter of a person under 17".

Judge Ben Fuller was pretty strict with Max D. Hinton, who is 21 years of age, telling him he is a sick man and a threat to the public.

What I found interesting, was the fact that Max was applying for a law enforcement job in Montgomery, and during questioning, addmitted that he had child pornography on his computer, and also that he had had sex with an underage girl.

I don't want you here. I am not biased in this case, and would welcome parties from both sides in this issue. Anika Wilson vs. Tara McCollum. And to Deborah Jansons, please get all of your documents together, girl...I'm ready. I'm sure your lawyer wouldn't be too happy about all of the paperwork I have where you have defamed my entire family. (UNTRUTHS printed both on al.com, BamaKrissy's site, Your bully blog, and TellThatBully!). The good thing about it is, I only post the facts about you (exposure) ON MY WEBSITE. The bad thing about it, for you, is that you post in so many places, you aren't sure what you have said and posted. Well, I may have been fair game for you to attack me for politics, BUT,...I am NOT fair game for people posting untruths about me, or my family.
