True Story! Inmates Come To Aide of Deputy

You don't hear of many stories along the line of prisoners helping law enforcement, so I thought this was quite interesting!|htmlws-main-n|dl1|link3|


It's wonderful news when you hear that a missing baby  has been found ALIVE...and well.  Little 7 month old baby, Shannon Dedrick, was found under her BABYSITTER'S bed, in a little box...but alive.  Authorities in Florida say they will be filing charges on the babysitter, her husband, and the baby's mother.

Thank A Soldier!!

Many of us have family in the Military, either here in the United States, or in other countries.  Take time out to Thank a Soldier!  They dedicate their lives so that we can maintain our freedom.  Thank you to all Military....Marines, Army, Navy, Air Force, National Guard...and any I may have missed.

Tragedy Strikes American Military Base, Fort Hood...12 Dead, Shooter Alive

Fort Hood, the largest Military base in the world, has faced a terrible tragedy today, with 12 dead and the suspect (Army psychiatrist),  wounded, but alive.  Please pray for the families of all involved.

Abraham Lincoln...One of Our Finest Presidents...EVER!

I have compiled a short group of quotes that are some of my favorites of Abraham Lincoln's.  He was so poetic, and such a great president.  Many people have thought that my father's face was a lot like Lincoln's.  I know I grew up with a lot of people telling my dad that. they are.  Hope you will enjoy them as much as I have.

Great Motto for our Daily Lives

I found this quote on one of my facebook friend's profiles, and I found it very fitting for the daily life we live.  We should hold no malice towards others, although we may see differently, and have firm beliefs and ideas that would differ with those who seek malice against us.  We should be charitable to others, and help those in need.  We should be firm in our endeavors to seek justice.  We should  never give up on our goals in life, and strive to finish what we start...always seek to accomplish more.  I believe that in order to have a positive attitude in life, we must seek the good in others.  Sometimes this is very hard to do, yet we can still strive to attain this goal.  God bless each and everyone of you.
