A lot of people have been asking me to dig up my old pictures from a former ethics complaint on Sheriff Herbie Johnson.  I made a State Ethics Commission complaint in 2002 concerning Herbie using county property for his own political/personal gain.  The complaint was directly addressed to the fact that Herbie Johnson was campaigning ON county property.  It never occurred to me, until the Billy Brown trial, that this trailer, that Herbie used in 2002, could possibly be owned by the county ALSO.  If anyone knows WHO owned this trailer in 2002, please contact me.  We do know, however, that the courthouse parking lot you see across from the COURTHOUSE, was county property.  This is the corner of 4th & Courthouse.  The Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce resides at this corner now.  Also take special note that there seems to be NO TAG nor BRAKE LIGHTS on this trailer.

Herbie Johnson managed to squirm his way out of this complaint in 2002.  This complaint was handled by Special Agent, Arthur Price, of the State Ethics Commission.  I have given permission to a select few to use these pictures. (They know who they are).  These are my personal pictures, and I had better not see them on al.com OR  any other site, for that matter.  I also had better not see these pictures being used on tinypic.com or any other website. If I see these pictures being used in any other way, shape, form, distortion of picture, etc., I will aide in the prosecution of this individual or group of individuals to the fullest extent of the law!

Come on, Deb. We ALL know that as long as Riley, Inc. is running the show, nothing will be done about this. If we want things to change, we have to get the Dixie Mafia out of our counties. We can start by ousting Herbie, Al Booth, Sibley Reynolds, Keith Kuzma, Joy Booth, etc. And speaking of Joy Booth, her appointment was payback for Al's dirty dealings in the primary. I understand that a few of the gang members are under federal investigation for violating the Civil Rights Voting Act. God, I'd love to see them all lead off in cuffs!

I forgot to add Randall "Go Fishin' At Your Own Risk" Houston to that list.

What a disgrace to our county!! This has got to end! Violating Civil Rights Act.....I'm afraid this is just the tip of the iceberg as to what will be finding out on these outlaws! Friends, we have to come together to fight! We cannot allow them to take over and destroy what good hard working people have tried so hard too do in our county. This effects the lives of our children and our childrens children. They DO NOT care about "we the people." This is about power, about control, nad it's being given to the wrong people. Do we want to find out too late that the snow job we have gotten from these political outlaws have destroyed the kind of lives we want to live here? IF they feel entitled to break the laws now without concious then this is the time to take OUR power of choice and use it wisely. We cannot continue to give power to those who DO NOT have our best interests!
