TWITTER IS TOO MUCH FUN...but also INFORMATIVE!

I haven't had too much time to really check out profiles on Twitter, or any other site for that matter, but I thought I would take the time today, to check out some INFORMATIVE profiles on TWITTER.COM. I wanted to let you know some Twitter profiles I found to be both interesting, and informative.

http://twitter.com/ChildrensTmrFdn (Children's Tumor Foundation);

http://twitter.com/Disabilitygov (Official U.S. Government website for people with Disabilities). I found a few sites off of this website, that I thought were quite informative as well.

http://www.smmirror.com/MainPages/DisplayArticleDetails.asp?eid=10183 An ADHD case (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

http://www.ed.gov/legislation/FedRegister/announcements/2009-2/051409a.html (grants to provide Vocational Rehabilitation for American Indians with Disabilities)

http://www.hhs.gov/news/press/2009pres/05/20090514a.html (U.S.DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ($1.79 billion to help those with HIV/AIDS)

ENJOY THE LINKS...AND I HOPE YOU ENJOY TWITTER AS WELL!

The "More you know" site is not captioned!

A disability website that is not accessible to all, is not really supportive of people with disabilities.

Check out the Federal Disability workforce Consortium for the REAL stuff.
