In Dallas, Texas, Johnnie Earl Lindsey was released Friday, for an "erroneous eye witness identification". DNA testing cleared him after almost 26 LONG years of imprisonment for a crime he did not commit. The system did NOT work for him in the beginning, but in the end, the truth was revealed by DNA testing. Another reason that THOMAS ARTHUR should be granted DNA TESTING.
