Spanish Fort Woman Arrested for Alleged MySpace Harassing Communications & Terror Threats

I read about this and could not believe that the Attorney General's office was handling a case about harassing communications and terrorist threats about another case, and yet did not investigate what happened to my 15 year old son, who was 14 at the time the abuse started. The Attorney General DOES pick and choose which cases they want to handle. The U.S. Attorney's office told me that the A.G.'s office does handle these type cases.

Marty Roney Reports on Sex Crimes

A Deatsville man was given a 30 year sentence by Judge Ben Fuller for the following crimes, "rape in the second degree, sod­omy, enticing a child for immor­al purposes, production of ob­scene matter of a person under 17 and possession of obscene matter of a person under 17".

Judge Ben Fuller was pretty strict with Max D. Hinton, who is 21 years of age, telling him he is a sick man and a threat to the public.

What I found interesting, was the fact that Max was applying for a law enforcement job in Montgomery, and during questioning, addmitted that he had child pornography on his computer, and also that he had had sex with an underage girl.

I don't want you here. I am not biased in this case, and would welcome parties from both sides in this issue. Anika Wilson vs. Tara McCollum. And to Deborah Jansons, please get all of your documents together, girl...I'm ready. I'm sure your lawyer wouldn't be too happy about all of the paperwork I have where you have defamed my entire family. (UNTRUTHS printed both on al.com, BamaKrissy's site, Your bully blog, and TellThatBully!). The good thing about it is, I only post the facts about you (exposure) ON MY WEBSITE. The bad thing about it, for you, is that you post in so many places, you aren't sure what you have said and posted. Well, I may have been fair game for you to attack me for politics, BUT,...I am NOT fair game for people posting untruths about me, or my family. It isn't fair for my children to be brought into this scenerio with your bully group. I have NEVER talked about your children. Children are innocent and should be protected.
