SHERIFF HERBIE JOHNSON BROKE STATE LAW, SECTION 36-12-61

SHERIFF HERBIE JOHNSON broke State Law, Section 36-12-61 concerning use of property for campaigning.

"Section 36-12-61 - Use, etc., of state-owned property for promotion or advancement of interests of candidates for public office.


It shall be unlawful for any officer or employee of the State of Alabama to use or to permit to be used any state-owned property of any character or description, including stationery, stamps, office equipment, office supplies, automobiles or any other property used by him, in his custody or under his control for the promotion or advancement of the interest of any candidate for the nomination or election to any public office of the State of Alabama."
 
 
There seems to be a pattern by Herbie Johnson to do things that he accuses others of doing. 

LATE LATE SHOW CRAIG FERGUSON AND VOTING

I still get tickled when I watch Craig Ferguson and some of his antics. He is just about the most hilarious guy on television. I'm so impressed with his decision to keep his choices for whom he wants to vote for, ...secret. As a new U.S. Citizen, Craig takes seriously his duty to vote, and I wish that all Americans had his excitement when it comes to voting. I read that over 3 million newly registered voters in Alabama, will be hitting the polls on election day this year! That is so exciting to me, because I have talked to so many who just dread the day and claim they won't be voting. What are your reasons for voting, and if you don't want to vote, WHY NOT???? I would love to hear some concrete reasons of why people refuse to vote. EVEN IF YOU WRITE SOMEONE IN, it's still a satisfaction. MAY THE BEST PERSON WIN ON ELECTION DAY!!!! And CRAIG, keep up the good work on the late late show. It's so entertaining and funny. Maybe that's why I still have insomnia.

Geez, it wasn't long ago that they were getting payments from me lol!! So glad those days are over. I wonder if these big mortgage companies and credit card companies are going to stop sending me their mailings that used to come almost daily, offering me credit cards! Once and for all, STOP SENDING ME CREDIT CARD OFFERS. I wonder how Capital One is doing, financially? Come to think of it, I need to call the DO NOT CALL LIST and put my phone number on their list. I'm so tired of getting telemarketer phone calls for everything under the sun. Roofing, security companies, etc...I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST, and somehow I let it slip. Now I get the phone calls for "Vote for me"!! Ha Ha. Reminds me. I need to get back on a Bobby Bright vs. Jay Love article.
