JUDGE JIMMY SANDLIN...Florence, Alabama..comments and links

Judge Jimmy Sandlin caught my attention when he visited my website from Scottsboro Power and Electric Company. (on several occasions, I might add). He also came to my site through Bama Krissy's site. I posted someone's comment last night that was sent to me, concerning this judge, and it was quite disturbing. I also visited Sholanda Speaks' website this morning, and found this interesting link. PLEASE READ. Domestic cases involving children are always important to me, as is Brandy Knight's little nephew's case in Chilton County (you can see that on FairJustice blog site. (view on my blog links at the bottom of my front page).

Here's another link, also, concerning a first posting of a case involving Judge Jimmy Sandlin as the presiding judge.

The following is a comment that was posted on my site concerning a post about Judge Jimmy Sandlin.

Anonymous has left a new comment on your post "Judge Jimmy Sandlin, Lauderdale County":

judge jimmy sandlin of Lauderdale County, Al., sad to say, but, true to one of the most unfair, biased, cold hearted people I have ever had the displeasure of having to associate with. He practices "HIS" law, with total disregard for AL. statute's and literally Constitutional Right's as well as the Bill of Right's of this great country, they mean NOTHING to this person. Children of this county are in grave danger in his hand's. He has a rather powerful entourage of "cronies"...this would include certain attorney's(more than a FEW), local politician's, CPS or DHR, the Cramer Children's Advocacy Center, CASA(Court Appointed Special Advocates) and is in fact, in an adulterous afair
with a CASA worker, whom he left his family for. He has a GAL(Guardian ad Litem) fav list, these attorney's get appointments, thus the xtra funds that GAL's get, as long as they "go his way", these Gal's could care less for the best interest of the children they represent, they like the $$$.
Files notoriously get lost in the court house and cases lost due to this, then the clerk's office is blamed, so it would appear. But, there is hope, there are "other" people in high place's that are watching him and taking note's, not all in or of Florence. This political corruption is literally mind boggling and shameful. But, the "high up" resentment quietly is building, against him and his cronies...his reign of terrorism to children and families is rapidly approaching an overthrow. He'll never be re-elected. He has been much too blatant to savage a career, as a fact finder of LAW, he may find himself in a new line of work, maybe a conveniece store evening shift worker, stareing at a security camera. And, yes, his sis Cindy Schuessler, will be stocking the cooler.

Pray the evil end's soon.
Thank you for reading, I'm one of the many sitting in corner's gathering palpable evidence.

Newsworthy story in Prattville Progress...Autauga County Deputies GONE WILD.. Sequel to Cops Gone Wild!!

What an interesting article the Prattville Progress published on Wednesday! I knew it was just a matter of time, and the strength of Don Fletcher to REPORT REALITY...that this would happen. This story reminds me of Bobby Brown, a dear friend of ours from Autaugaville that experienced harassment by deputies of Autauga County. He was constantly harassed by them, and once during an arrest, his arm was twisted behind his back (when this particular deputy put him in handcuffs). Bobby had been injured in the Vietnam war, and had damage in his arm. The pain from this arrest was unbearable. His shoulder was pulled out of socket twice. (I guess that once the deputy figured out Bobby could suffer pain from his shoulder injury, he did it again).

I wonder if the deputy who did this to this boy, was related to the deputy that hurt Bobby Brown? I might also add, that Bobby Brown supported me in my race for sheriff, and that is one of the reasons he was harassed. You can certainly tell that election time is coming up. Some like to show their "superiority". (Bobby Brown ended up having to leave the county and move somewhere else, due to the bullying nature of law enforcement pulling him over everytime they recognized his vehicle. The Judge said Bobby could have his property back, after the case was over, but when he called to set up a time to pick up his property, he was told that if he went back to reclaim his video camera that they conviscated from him when they arrested him, that he would be arrested if he set foot back in Autaugaville!)My husband ended up driving him back to reclaim his video camera, which had been damaged. It's truly atrocious to think that officers we should "respect" show their bully sides. (Some of these officers are involved with the Huntsville bully group that has been cyber stalking me for a couple of years now). This is the group that has been googling my youngest son's school for information about him. This is the group that has been trying to access Board of Education records of my two youngest children. They have no shame, no respect for children, whatsoever. How can our youth have ANY respect for the law when it hasn't been earned?? There is even a bully blog and bully site that one of the Huntsville bunch has created. The owner of this blog is married to a Huntsville Police Officer. GO FIGURE!

Our kids need to feel safe, but instead of feeling safe, they feel terrified...they feel their youth is jeopardized by cops gone wild. It's ridiculous!! I hope that Julian McPhillips holds these "officers" responsible.

Senator Edward Kennedy has passed away at the age of 77. He died at his home in Cape Cod, on Tuesday evening, after his year long battle with brain cancer. He fought a courageous fight with cancer, and was admired by many for his bulldog tactics, as a go-getter! Ted was in the Senate for almost 50 YEARS! The Kennedy Icon will be missed by many.|htmlws-main|dl1|link3|

Deb Murphree...the Pianist/Hymn Playing Contests/Recitals, etc...

For many years, when I was a young child, my mother encouraged me to take piano lessons, and enter contests. She was always proud of me being able to play music by ear, and also at church for my father, during his ministry. I am enclosing several different pictures, of my contests in Big Stone Gap, and also Manassas, and other places. I hope you enjoy them LOL

One More CASH FOR CLUNKERS Story...This is Cute!!

I'm bringing you this story from one of my favorite bloggers, "Left In Alabama". Seems they had to get rid of their clunker, but I think they were misinformed about what is to happen to their clunker once it is in the hands of the dealers. (shhhhhhhhhhhhh...maybe they won't see this and become very sad! lol)....The clunkers get CRUSHED...they do not go back on the roads (from my understanding...correct me if I'm wrong, please). Left In Alabama was under the impression that their vehicle was going to hit the road again...."I'm sure the dealers will make some repairs and my little convertible will once again run the roads. I hope so". Gayla, I'm so sorry, but your vehicle will become just another tiny spot on that tall pile of crushed vehicles. I'll bring you a hankie, if you wish. is the article by Gayla, and it was really kinda humorous...about the bumper stickers, and the Bush story.

Another great article on Religion and Politics...from TimesDaily....

If you enjoyed this article, you can write to Scott Morris (Executive Editor of the TimesDaily) and tell him so!

I thought I would make another post on Autism, since I ran across this heart warming article concerning Autism, and since I have 2 very dear people close to me that have autistic children.

This next article explains a little bit about Autism and how it affects the brain, and how it runs in families. Scientists are studying on which genes are responsible for Autism in the family tree.

Wikipedia's definition of Autism..."Autism is a brain development disorder characterized by impaired social interaction and communication, and by restricted and repetitive behavior. These signs all begin before a child is three years old"

I certainly hope that these links have been helpful for you, and informative. Maybe you learned something new about Autism that you were unaware of before. If you have a story about Autism, and it's effects on the family, and how families have coped with this illness, please share it with our readers. Thanks!

I admire this program, as it has helped Americans by getting GAS guzzlers off the highway. HOWEVER, I looked into the program myself, and can you believe this??? My car missed being a clunker by 3 MILES PER GALLON!! Yes, I know!! I could not believe it myself. I have a 95 Chevrolet Lumina that has lasted me 4 years, and I have truly been blessed with this car. It lasted through my PSC State campaign, where I traveled all over the state of Alabama to meet the public. I have used this car longer than ANY car I have ever had. I love my car, and the service it has done for me. However, it is getting on up there in years, and I was considering the Cash for Clunkers program and getting another car. Shhhhhhhhhh, don't tell my car, because I have to use it longer now. LMAO....I really didn't like the prospect of having it crushed, either. What a terrible tribute to such a dedicated car, right?? Well, it turns out that my car evidently gets 21 miles per gallon, while the cut off for the Cash for Clunkers program is 18 miles per gallon. Ok...I can be patient. President Obama...please come up with a new program that will fit my car's description. I will participate, given the right program. I have always been very cost conscious about things, (shopping at yard sales for things I could use in the house, and purchasing the kids' clothes at K-mart clearances. ) I have only owned ONE new car in my entire life, and that one has been gone a long time ago. So, I'm asking President Barack Obama to have mercy on me...and also to consider a program where my car, could be put to good use, (my Lumina). I could not bear the thought of it going to a junk yard, and being crushed. Ha ha...if another program comes up, ya'll let me know. Sometimes, I stay too busy to catch all of the news.

Dedicated to Teachers all over America and the World!

I received this in email the other day, and wanted to share it with you.

"After being interviewed by the school administration, the prospective teacher said: 'Let me see if I've got this right. 'You want me to go into that room with all those kids, correct their disruptive behavior, observe them for signs of abuse, monitor their dress habits, censor their T-shirt messages, and instill in them a love for learning. 'You want me to check their backpacks for weapons, wage war on drugs and sexually transmitted diseases, and raise their sense of self esteem and personal pride. 'You want me to teach them patriotism and good citizenship, sportsmanship and fair play, and how to register to vote, balance a checkbook, and apply for a job. 'You want me to check their heads for lice, recognize signs of antisocial behavior, and make sure that they all pass the final exams. 'You also want me to provide them with an equal education regardless of their handicaps, and communicate regularly with their parents in English, Spanish or any other language, by letter, telephone, newsletter, and report card. 'You want me to do all this with a piece of chalk, a blackboard, a bulletin board, a few books, a big smile, and a starting salary that qualifies me for food stamps. 'You want me to do all this and then you tell me. . . I CAN'T PRAY?"

Teachers TRULY do have a thankless job, BUT one of the most important jobs that there is, concerning children. God Bless you...all teachers, for your dedication to our children. Your prayers do not go unheard.
