ELECTION DAY IN ALABAMA, 2012!!

Well, here election day has managed to sneak up on me, and I wasn't prepared.  I apologize for not posting in quite some time.

My beloved father passed away in September, and I ceased most of a normal life back in July to help my daughter take care of my father.  He was slowly slipping...since March of this year, and we were driving him to doctor appointments more frequently, taking him to emergency rooms, and just generally spending as much quality time with him as possible. He passed away on September 21, 2012, and nothing has seemed the same since then.  I promise to start catching up on my postings, and get back into the swing of things.

As you go to vote today, please be aware of all aspects of what the future holds with your candidate.  Does your presidential candidate represent all that you value in your life?  This could be a very crucial election, as most are important anyway.  Make sure you know what values you are voting for.  Don't just vote straight party.  VOTE FOR THE PERSON...vote for what America represents to the world...freedom, faith, one nation under GOD, with LIBERTY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL.  These words really mean something to me...

My dad represented everything to me that was good in this world.  If I could have voted for him, I would have.  God Bless America!

Hang on to those wonderful memories. It's hard but the good times will be those that remain in the long run....
