The Birmingham News and Montgomery Advertiser both had a special rendition of this "I think" great news, that Sue Bell Cobb will not be running for Governor of Alabama. However, to my dismay, she is STILL Chief Justice, and still has the power of Alabama courts in her hands. Some of her rulings in the past, have not been based on the Alabama Rules of Procedure, but rather on her personal feelings,and I cringe everytime I think about her being Chief Justice. I hope someone else will run against her, when her next campaign comes up. I will definitely help them with their campaign.
