Troy is seeking execution dates for 4 death row inmates. Thomas Arthur's case comes before the Jefferson County Circuit Court on February 17, concerning another inmate claiming guilt in Troy Wicker's murder. Maybe the truth will finally come out in Thomas' case! (Hm, I wonder if the rape kit that "accidently" was "misplaced", will show up, or does the prosecution hope it remains missing?).
