FOURTH OF JULY PLANS

I'd like to hear what everyone's plans are for the Fourth of July. I'll probably watch the famous fireworks in Prattville or Moose Lodge. Or...you never know, I might be at the beach. Or....

THE GLOVES ARE OFF!! DAVID LETTERMAN VS. SARAH PALIN

I actually missed this episode on The David Letterman Show...but I know many others caught it. I would certainly like to hear your views about the topic of Letterman making a joke about Palin's daughter. If Sarah only knew how cruel AL.COM's moderators (in allowing obscenities about children) can be, concerning children, (14 year olds)...then she would re-think how angry she is about one joke. I have withstood COUNTLESS obscenities about my 14 year old son (who turned 15 not long ago)...and all have been printed repeatedly in public forums for all to see.

I'd like to hear from my readers about this Letterman/Palin episode. Since I didn't get to see it...I'd like to hear more about it.

Prostitution in Montgomery, Alabama...has grown

Prostitution seems to be growing ....a booming business in Montgomery, Alabama.

I find prostitution to be a sad situation for the women involved. What has happened in the lives of these women, that compells them to the streets in order to feed their families?
