NASA AND THE MOON

Found this interesting link from back in June about the moon and scientists.  Does anyone have an update on this.  Seems this is the first I have heard about it, but then again, I don't stay up to date with the galaxy except watching the stars, moon, sun, etc.  Tell me what you have heard about this article.  Was quite intriguing.  http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=nasas-mission-to-bomb-the-moon-2009-06

    I've heard about it. NASA is crashing a rocket into the moon to search for WATER.
